Tamtam treats are earth-friendly and purpose-driven!
Shop items are crafted by me and other sustainable labour in the Philippines. This results in higher production costs compared to factory prices in Mainland China, but in return, I receive supplies faster which helps me ship and restock at a much quicker rate whilst also supporting local small businesses.
Shipping Method
International orders are shipped via Philippine Post Office. Shipping charges are based on total weight. Orders cannot exceed 2kg. If your order exceeds the maximum weight, you will get an error during checkout. Status updates will be sent via email. You may also check the front page for public updates.
It may take up to 7 working days for me to process, package, and ship out in-stock items. I can only drop orders in small batches at the post office Monday to Thursday between 10am to 3pm.
PHLPost Ordinary Mail
International orders will be sent as regular stamped mail and are marked as gifts. Tracking is optional.LBC Express Mail
Express international mail and domestic inter-island orders can be sent via LBC Express. Tracking is automatically included.

Depending on your country of residence, estimated arrival may differ.

Asia-Pacific: 1-4 weeks or less
Outside Asia: 4-6 weeks or more
LBC Express Mail
Domestic: 0-2 days (NCR) 2-5 days (Inter-island)

Please take into consideration that post offices worldwide have limited workforces, so delays are to be expected. Arrivals will depend entirely on the logistics company, your location, and global postal service status. Delivery may take longer from November to February due to the holiday season (Day of the Dead, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Ramadan)

Due to service disruptions and general unavailability of transport, some countries are not available for international mail acceptance. Philippine Post can only ship to a very limited number of locations. Please check eligible countries below:

Outgoing mail is still subject to availability. In any case where I’m unable to send orders to your location even when it’s on the list, I will issue a full refund or offer other shipping options.
If your country of residence is not listed above, I will not be able to send items unless I use private couriers which can get very expensive. You may contact me so we can arrange an alternative shipping method if you’re willing to shoulder the cost.
Item Types
All items in the shop are all in-stock and ready to be shipped unless stated otherwise. Individual prints and stickers are always eligible for restocks.
Limited: Items listed as 「Limited」 are not eligible for restocks. These include items such as the Dessert Box and Mini Bundles. Some merch included in the Patreon Dessert Tier will not be restocked since they are exclusive items, and are only available in the shop as part of Mini Bundles.
Pre-order: Items listed as 「Pre-order」 are made-to-order and thus have unlimited stock. These are mailed together with in-stock items so fulfillment may take longer.
Direct-to-Consumer: Items listed as 「D2C」 are made-to-order and thus have unlimited stock. Direct-to-consumer products are shipped separately by the manufacturer and have different lead times depending on stock availability and destination country. These are fulfilled by Squarespace’s integrated pre-order service that uses manufacturing from the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders are not eligible for cancellations or refunds once your order has been shipped out. I am not liable for loss or damage caused by couriers during transit, especially if it has tracking.
Items that have quality issues, missing parts, damage not caused by transit, or wrong variation are eligible for replacements. If this is the case, please contact me immediately and send a form here or contact me via Patreon or Discord. I'll address the issue right away and offer compensation if applicable.
If your order gets returned to my address, please note that you have to pay the shipping fee again for me to resend it.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
Customers who abuse the chargeback process and disputed a transaction to get something for free will be blocked and will be tagged as a fraudulent buyer to a network of artists.
Customs & Taxes
International mail may be subject to taxation and miscellaneous fees outlined by your country of residence. I do not have any control over these charges since these are a result of your country’s importing and tax laws. You are responsible for any additional fees the carrier may charge for tax collection or otherwise.
Production & Fulfillment
Pay for Production
P4P is a non-profit way to sell fan merchandise that uses intellectual property owned by corporations that prohibits profit. Consumers only pay for production, packaging, taxes, and shipping. However, some the items for sale are not fully P4P, but are still generally low-cost to prevent losses and to make up for fortuitous expenses. Since I live outside the United States, there are several fees and charges incurred whenever I receive payment with Paypal so I do include that in my final prices.
Price Computation
I calculate prices by including base production costs, packaging expenses, platform fees, value-added taxes, e-commerce transaction fees, and supplier shipping fees. Excessive profit made from products will be used to improve and create subsequent merch, restocks, and buy packaging materials.
The following fees are added to the base prices of items:
Paypal Conversion Fee: 4.5%
Paypal International Transfer Fee: 6.49% + $0.09
Paypal Bank Transfer Fee: 1%
Squarespace Monthly Plan: $36.00
Packaging Materials: $0.50 to $1.50
Shipping Surcharges: $0.25 to $1.00
Value Added Tax: 12%
Purchase Order Lead Time
Purchase order lead time is the total number of days from when I place an order from local suppliers, to when those items arrive at my home address. This can be a total of 30 days. Due to the pandemic and global supply chain crisis, the lead times may be slower than usual, but is still generally faster than outsourcing because production is done within my country.
Fulfillment
Fulfillment covers the time it takes for me to receive products from the manufacturer, package your order, and prepare it for shipment. It can take 7-14 working days for me to pack and ship out items after an order has been placed. Once the parcel is processed by the post office, I no longer have control over its arrival to your address.
Packaging
Packaging consists of thick, water-resistant Manila envelopes for large orders and recycled kraft envelopes for small, single-item orders. Cardboard or cardstock inserts my be included to help prevent deformation. Ecoboxes must be added to your cart due to weight changes. These are all compostable materials that you can recycle.
I do not use bubble wraps, bubble mailers, and other excessive packaging to prevent plastic waste. Protective packaging such as shredded paper, cardstock, tape, and kraft items are made out of locally sourced paper and recycled materials from the Philippines and are fully recyclable.
